Rules when posting ads

General posting rules?

 

General Public Ads Posting Policies As a condition of your use of PublicAds.in you agree that you are older than 18 years of age.

We want to make sure that the site is as clean, friendly and usable as possible for everyone. Ads that fall outside the posting rules stated in this Help section or our Public Ads Terms of Use may be removed from the site.

You are solely responsible for all information that you submit to Public Ads and any consequences that may result from your post. We reserve the right at our discretion to refuse or delete content that we believe is inappropriate or breaching our terms of use. We also reserve the right at our discretion to restrict a user's usage of the site either temporarily or permanently, or refuse a user's registration.

 

Reasons for ad removal

 

1. Public Ads should only be used in face to face local transactions - Ads should be posted onto your local site
2. Duplicate of another ad posted by you
3. Posted under wrong category (You must choose the single most relevant category for your ad)
4. We only accept ads in English (Foreign translation may be included below if appropriate)
5. No overseas ads accepted, Public Ads is only for local community or local businesses
6. No email or website links to other property websites or auction sites
7. Not enough description (Ads that do not provide enough detail will be removed as this makes for a bad browsing experience)
8. Appears to be a copy of another ad posted on Public Ads (You may not copy other user ads, you ad must be original)
9. Inappropriate language
10. Inappropriate photo / image
11. Discriminatory on race / religion / nationality
12. Selling or offering services for supplements/medicine general or pharmaceutical
13. Selling body parts / bodily fluids, adoption or surrogacy anywhere on the site
14. Ads that report other fraudulent ads. Please report potentially fraudulent ads via the "report ad" option located within each ad or Contact Us with ad details (ad id, email address)

 

Public Ads reserves the right to remove any postings that we feel are not relevant, fraudulent, scams, or of value to Public Ads community without notice.

There are several reasons why your Ad may have been removed from the site including:

 

When this happens your ad may be temporarily suspended (this depends on a few things) until we look at it. We check reported ads as quickly as we can. As long as we find that it hasn't broken any Posting Policies (What are the General posting rules?) or Public Ads Terms of Use it should be back up again shortly. Check back after a few hours to see if this is the case. 

 

Duplicated ads, fraudulent ads and ads under wrong category will be deleted immediately without notification!
